Produce

Our families' farms are located in the Winter Garden area of South Texas. The Winter Garden is known for its year-round production of vegetables. We grow a variety of fresh vegetables all year round on around 6,000 acres.

Fall and Winter

Baby Spinach, Teen Spinach, Arugula, Spring Mix, Onions, Cabbage, Red Leaf Lettuce, Green Leaf Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce, Cilantro and Broccoli.

Spring and Summer

Squash, Zucchini, Calabasa, Watermelons, Peppers  and Cucumbers.
